Today I’m reviewing the xenoware Proteus game PC. 

The model I bought is a high end model with some serious power. First I was thinking of building it myself, but after that I noticed how cheap Xenoware actually is.. compared to alienware and digitalstorm, they offer by far the best value I’ve ever seen. And ofcourse, an other reason is that they build exclusive machines. With exotic cooling, en dynamic lighting. About the cooling: It’s fully custom, and not just a cheap Aceteck cooler like alienware uses…

Xenoware has done a great job with the lighting and watercooling. The Blue tubes with red light and UV are just beautiful… I’ve never seen something like this before…

Enough about the specs, let’s head over to performance.

For this game pc, I’m using a triple screen eyefinity setup.And as I hoped and expected: this monster maxes everything on my 3 screen @ 60 FPS, even battlefield 3!

A little disappointment was the noise under full load… But still, it was acceptable. Especially if you know that this machine uses 3 highly overclocked GPU’s and a monster of a six-core processor with hyperthreading @ 4,8 GHz!

I just can’t express how happy I am with this game PC… It’s just… the revelation of gaming!
